The Magic Fan is an Indian folk toy. It is difficult to buy it today but you can still make it. You hold it with one hand and push it up with the other hand. And magically a Fan opens up. You can write a message -- HAPPY NEW YEAR on the fan and delight your friends.
A little fabulous joy

Louis Jordan - Choo choo ch'boogie

In case you want to sing along
Choo Choo Ch'boogie
Heading for the station with a pack on my back
I'm tired of transportation in the back of a hack
I love to hear the rhythm of the clickity-clack
And hear the lonesome whistle, see the smoke from the stack
And pal around with democratic fellows named Mac
So, take me right back to the track, Jack!
Choo choo, choo choo, ch'boogie!
Woo woo, ooh ooh, ch'boogie!
Choo choo, choo choo, ch'boogie!
Take me right back to the track, Jack!
You reach your destination, but alas and alack!
You need some compensation to get back in the black
You take your morning paper from the top of the stack
And read the situation from the front to the back
The only job that's open needs a man with a knack
So put it right back in the rack, Jack!
Choo choo, choo choo, ch'boogie!
Woo woo,

Some vulgar enjoyments:

Aww, Kenny Rogers died. He was never my musical cup of tea but his velvety masculine voice and schmaltzy songs were still very memorable and he was very lovable. I loved that he seemed to hit his peak in his 50s, his blond hair going silvery.

That Crazy Feeling, his first hit

Just Dropped In, before he found his narrative song, country music groove

Ohhh, such a poignantly tender thing to know about this famous man. He loved his pet goat, Smitty.

Personal life and death

At a former estate in Colbert, Georgia, Rogers kept a pet goat named Smitty, having originally acquired the animal from a friend in 2008. According to Rogers, the goat was "(his) center", providing a calming influence after long and stressful touring schedules.[37]

Marriages

Kenny Rogers was married five times (with each marriage lasting longer than the previous one) and had five children. He married Janice Gordon on May 15, 1958; they divorced in April 1960 with one child.[38] Rogers married Jean Rogers in October 1960 and divorced her in 1963. He married Margo Anderson in October 1964 and divorced her in 1976 with one child.[39] Rogers married Marianne Gordon on October 1, 1977, and divorced her in 1993 with one child.[39] Rogers married for the fifth and final time when he married Wanda Miller on June 1, 1997. The couple had twin sons together.[40]

If you are at risk,
immunocompromised or 60+ check local supermarket hours.
Many are opening one hour earlier. In addition to being less crowded,
stores restock at night so there is better access to products in higher demand.

A Medical Worker Describes Terrifying Lung Failure From COVID-19 — Even in His Young Patients

“It first struck me how different it was when I saw my first coronavirus patient go bad. I was like, Holy shit, this is not the flu. Watching this relatively young guy, gasping for air, pink frothy secretions coming out of his tube.”
“We’re all in quarantine now. We’re all in various levels of quarantine and it’s hard,” Cuomo said. "This is not life as usual. Accept it. Realize it and deal with it.”
