Marvelous Bibliodyssey's Birds of Paradise

Fascinating project at Kickstarter
"Definitely watch and share this trailer for a gorgeous looking documentary about ayahuasca shamanism, science and it’s use in treating Westerners afflicted with addictions and severe emotional traumas, as pioneered by the work of two doctors; Dr. Jacques Mabit, who “runs a legendary detox centre deep in the Peruvian jungle”and Dr. Gabor Maté, a lionhearted addiction specialist valiantly trying to establish a similar program in Canada.  It is seeking completion funding on KickStarter so if you like the trailer please learn more by watching the kickstarter video"

Just discovered Spotify as a way to listen to music. It's excellent!

The Invisible Mother was a phrase used for a mother disguising herself with fabric, so that her child or children could be photographed. the results were unintentionally funny and sad at the same time. ‘This was a practice where the mother, often disguised or hiding, often under a spread, holds her baby tightly for the photographer to insure a sharply focused image.’

In the last decade only one word, "conspiracy", has needed to be used to silence anybody rational if they dared to have doubts about the role of the USA in the affairs of the world. Or worse, the phrase, "conspiracy nutcase". Yet there are many examples of intentional, organized malice by the USA around the world. An example of an international conspiracy by the USA and Britain in destabilizing a democratic country, then installing a puppet tyrant, in order to get access to Iran's oil. Wikipedia: The 1953 Iranian coup d'état (known in Iran as the 28 Mordad coup[3]) was the overthrow of the democratically elected government of Iranian Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh on 19 August 1953, orchestrated by the intelligence agencies of the United Kingdom and the United States under the name TPAJAX Project.[4] The coup saw the transition ofMohammad-Rezā Shāh Pahlavi from a constitutional monarch to anauthoritarian one who relied heavily on United States support to hold on to power until his own overthrow in February 1979.[5]

Examples of organized, intentional corporate malice. Wikipedia:  Medical experiments:  Bayer, then a subsidiary of IG Farben, bought prisoners to use as guinea pigs for testing new drugs.
